On 2 May 2006 I received notice from Michael West, US Bankruptcy
Trustee for North Carolina, that the investigation of my allegations
of bankruptcy fraud, malice, and acts of bad faith have been forwarded
to Richard Hutson, US Trustee for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Hutson will
investigate and report back to West. See
