| I don't think they should either, if it is only to correct for reading
glasses. But if there is a significant refractive error that is not
comfortably correctible with glasses or contacts or both, then
refractive IOLs are a good option for presbyopes except maybe for
moderate to high myopes. I don't think the Crystalens works very well
if at all, and Medicare should not have approved it for that reason.
