| Suing is almost always a waste of time. The biggest reason for that
is even if one is right... the legal system is so screwed up and the
judges and lawyers are so inept - that the outcome of any case is more
or less a roll of the dice - and everyone comes out a loser.
You should learn something from that.

| In this case filing suit was not a waste of time. Upon filing, the
defendant immediately resolved the dispute to my satisfaction.
Proceeding with litigation was unnecessary and the case was dismissed
automatically after the time for service expired.
