Did Glenn Hagele and Glenn Hagele extort cash from Dr. Glenn Kawesch?

| ycdbsoya recently claimed that he got cash out of some un-named doctor
with the help of Glenn Hagele. Frank(ly), that sounds like "extortion"
to me.
Would this doctor from whom ycdbsoya obtained cash, be Dr. Glenn
Kawesch, the very same doctor to whom Glenn Hagele provided a bogus
"certification"? Inquiring minds want to know if in fact Glenn Hagele
did in fact help "extort" cash from Dr. Glenn Kawesch. If in fact,
Glenn Hagele and ycdbsoya extorted cash from Dr. Glenn Kawesch, there
should be a paper trail detailing this event. How about publishing
them Frank?

what ycdbsoya frankly stated in the past:

The good docs hate K's guts, and you know it Glenn. You need to ask
around. BBW, Salz, Nordan, just around SoCal to name a few "famous"
ones that would not be threatened by the success of K's practice. In
San Diego, ask Miller, Blinder, Gordon, peeps at Shiley and the VA and
they will all tell you the same thing. In short, K cheapened and
sullied the entire profession with his McLasik approach.
And yes, Sandy is absolutely correct when she states K has a past
record of indiscretions. Medicare fraud, modifying test results, false
advertising.
God only knows what he has NOT been caught for. Old Chinese proverb:
"If one fish in the pot stinks, the whole pot stinks."
You did the right thing by ripping his CRSQA cert. You did not do the
right thing by keeping him around in light of the severity of the
charges he faced.
Yes, we live in a democracy where innocence is presumed. But, when a
reprobate like K continues to flaunt the law and violate individual's
health in the name of money, you just know. You just know.
Don't embarrass yourself by defending this scum.

| If you can believe Judge Hewett and Dr. Glenn Kawesch, Here's why any
attempt to get cash from Dr. Kawesch may be considered "extortion".

I have never lost a case that has gone to court. Judge Hewitt wrote,
"[Kawesch] has performed
over 33,000 refractive surgeries without a single proven incident, in
the present proceedings, of any substandard care. Additionally,
[Kawesch] has no record of any other disciplinary proceedings or
administrative actions against his license during his 17 years as a
licentiate. Such an unblemished record indicates that as far as quality
of patient care, surgical skill, medical practice and ability, and the
proper exercise of sound clinical judgment are concerned, [Kawesch]
rates an A+ (outstanding)."
