| Glenn Hagele of USAEYES is a cyberstalker who attacks LASIK and RK
patients through postings in public forums and websites he creates,
including USAEYES dot org, and Glenn Hagele dot com. He is also a
proven liar who promotes junk LadarVision lasers:

According to court records filed by the IRS and State of California he
has been slapped with tax liens multiple times.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy to get rid of a whopping $431,313.00 in bad debt:

Glenn Hagele's USAEYES is a bogus "patient advocacy" organization that

Glenn Hagele has issued "certifications" to some of the most notorious
surgeons in the industry, such as Dr. Glenn Kawesch.

Glenn Hagele uses domain names such as SurgicalEyes dot org and
LasikDisaster dot org to cause confusion with www.SurgicalEyes.org and
www.LasikDisaster.com as he does not enjoy the support of a single
pro-patient web site operator. Perhaps he should instead operate a web
site at FinancialDisaster.com.
He also operates a web site at ComplicatedEyes dot org in which he
claims to take credit for operating a web site that is actually
operated by Dr. William Trattler:

Glenn Hagele also tries to falsely convince the public that I have been
ordered to serve a 540 day jail sentence beginning December 27, 2006,
even though no judge has issued such an order. Some individuals who
lack critical thinking skills have believed him, without questioning
why a judge would issue an order to show up for jail a year or two down
the road.

| I'm sure I'll have plenty of opportunity to respond to these
allegations, so I'll just do one at a time.
Let's see...I've already responded about Hanson being sentenced to
jail for contempt in his defamation against William Boothe, MD.
I've already responded to the issue of satisfied tax liens from 1986.
I've responded many times to the lack of credibility of attorney Ariel
Berschadsky who makes scurrilous and false statements about me on his
LasikInfoCenter.net website.
I've responded about my personal bankruptcy of 15 years ago.
I've already responded to why we purchased several domain names that
are similar to other websites.
I've already responded to the fact that Dr. Trattler's bulletin board
is given full credit on ComplicatedEyes.org, and he has graciously
provided permission to include it on our website.
Gosh. There is nothing that Brent Hanson of LasikFraud.com has to say
that has not already been answered. In some cases, answered years ago.
