You are so deluded that this post actually made me laugh out loud.

The posts in the past 24 hours are at complete cross purposes. All
parties are so angry that they cannot read what is actually in front of
them.

The main point that I think we can all agree on (except for Hanson), is
that personal life, such as divorces, wives, taxes, etc. really have
nothing to do with the subject at hand, namely LASIK. Calling other
people names isn't going to get anyone anywhere either.
What's also clear is that all parties involved are grasping at straws
trying to make the others look bad when they just come off looking petty.

Sandy created Lasikdisaster.com and is not longer the owner and may or
may not be in charge of its current content. Whoever is in charge of it
now has contracted with Google to let them post contextual target ads on
the site--whether that is directly with Google or with the webhosting
service which might give price break for allowing ads which is probably
the most likely scenario. Because the page includes the word LASIK,
target ads about LASIK show up for doctors who pay for the service for
their ads to show up on webpages that have the word LAISK on them.

Really, the most that can be said about this is that it is ironic.
Sometimes I read a natural raw food list for cats and the targeted ads
are for Friskies. Certainly, Friskies has no chance in hell that any
readers of this list will buy their product. But Friskies didn't ask to
advertise on that site, but their ads are displayed when the words "cat"
and "food" come up on a webpage.

Any rational person knows this. Unfortunately very few people on this NG
are acting rationally right now.

I think the proper term is tempest in a teapot.
