Many people *cant* wear contacts after lasik and no supprise most
contact wearers who get lasik do so because they lost tolerance to
contacts. If you can still tolerate contacts stick with them, they are
far safer than lasik(ignore the false article Glenn posted)
Some lasik victims go back to glasses if it makes a difference. But
glasses cant correct HOAs or other damage induced by lasik, only
correct for regression if you cant/wont get enhancement. Before you
insult Broken Eyes, why dont you read her story? Im sure if your lasik
went as bad as hers, youd be complaining plenty. She has my
condolences! OrthoK is mostly hit and the "miss" means you go back to
glasses with your undamaged eyes. Lasik is permanent and so is all
damage.
