It is a settled agreement, but Dr. Boothe clearly "won". He won Brent
Hanson of LasikFraud.com being required to take all his bovine
fertilizer about Boothe off the Internet. He won Hanson being required
to shut up about Boothe's abilities as a doctor. He won Hanson being
required to stay at least 500 feet away from him and Boothe's family,
office, etc.
But Hanson apparently does not think the case is ended.
Now Hanson is making noises like he is going to "attack" Dom Morgan
with the Texas court. Hanson says he is going to get the court in the
Boothe case to find Dom Morgan in contempt because he published the
documents about all of Hanson's threats and defamation at
http://www.lasiksucks4u.com/images/hansondocs.pdf. Hey Hanson, how did
Dom get those documents in the first place? Hmmmmm?
Hanson even thinks the court should find me in contempt because I have
been commenting in this forum about the Boothe case and all it reveals
about Hanson.
Hanson's previously demonstrated difficulty with reality continues to
plague him. The reality is:
1) Dominic Morgan is not a party to the Boothe case.
2) I am not a party to the Boothe case.
3) There is no order of the court restricting the acts of either
Morgan or me.
3) One cannot be in contempt of an order that does not exist in an
action to which one is not a party in a court that does not have
jurisdiction.
And of course there is that whole first amendment thing about being
able to relate facts and express opinions.
Hanson said he is going to file all this with the court, but the court
hasn't received anything. Too bad. I'm sure they could all use a good
laugh.
Yes, it appears to me that Hanson is having difficulty with reality
again.
