Yeah, very civilized. Do you think they said, "Pardon me old chap"
before they shot Jean Charles de Menezes with their non-existent guns?
why do you keep deflecting threads to off topic issues you know nothing

Computer stores don't sell software?
Show me some studies please that policemen are nice in Norway. why
should we take your word for it? they need to be peer reviewed
studies--and OBJECTIVE. No case studies.

| The Menezes case was not standard police that shot him. It was a
special group of police who had been staking out the building he lived
in. Those police were all anticipating a terrorist action coming out
of that building. The reason the guy ran was because he was an
illegal immigrant and did not want to be deported. He was also in a
fight which he did not want to go to jail for.
Small computer stores (not mega marts) tend not to sell software at
all. They don't want to deal with people buying it and having
problems installing.
