Has anyone noticed that there are no actual questions asked here anymore?

| Just found it interesting that there are no questions about Lasik asked
here anymore. It seems to be all about taking potshots at people these
days.

Did you notice my post "LASIK for high myopia?" I thought the responses were
very informative.

Hi Robert,
I did see your post. It was quite refreshing to see a legitimate
question asked amidst all the rancour. I was considered a high myope
when I had Lasik done 2 years ago. I was -6.50 in each eye, but I can
see that there are far worse candidates than me.

He is not alone in having asked questions here and gotten some reasonable
responses buried deeply in the noise.

The lasik questions do show up here. They get answered with responses
that are colorful to say the least. Since this is an unmoderated group,
you have to expect anything.
