| Okay, I'll bite.
CRSQA has nothing to do with the publication of private email postings
from the International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS), and we
have nothing to do with Dr. Speaker. The only connection is that you
threw my name in as a non sequitur in this thread on Dr. Speaker's
malpractice suit.
What press release are you talking about? The link cited is not to
anything publicized by us and we have not distributed a press release
on either subject.
When accusations or claims are made that I don't know to be factual, I
verify the information. Especially when the source is someone as
unreliable as Brent Hanson. Arent Fox is our law firm. Alan Reider is
our attorney. I work very closely with the ISRS, and at about that
time the ISRS and CRSQA had recently made public our cooperation on
surgeon training and certification. It was very easy for me to verify
that what Hanson claimed to be ISRS private correspondence was in fact
ISRS private correspondence. That is the entire length and breadth of
our involvement...I verified Hanson's claims.
