Laredo Man Arrested for Practicing Medicine Without License

If you have been to Pro Vision Laser in the 200 block of West
Hillside, Laredo Texas, pay attention.

Raul Coss has been arrested for practicing medicine without a license.
Coss was allegedly diagnosing patients with eye disorders and
referring them for surgery. Apparently LASIK patients were being
referred to a doctor in Mexico. Coss is not even licensed to practice
medicine in the state of Texas, according to the Texas Medical Board
Examiner’s office.

His office has been shut down and Coss, who turned himself in to
authorities, posted bond and is out of jail. Coss faces one year in
jail and up to a $4,000 fine.

You do realize that the loonie fringe is going to run with this one.
You know, lasik should be banned etc.,etc.etc.

Actually, SErebel, it seems that if I say it first, they ignore it.
Counterfeit lasers, practicing medicine without a license, not a peep
if I say it first. Let someone else bring it up and THEN they will be
all over it.

Did you write this article yourself, Hagele, or are you eventually
going to credit the author/publication?
