Author Has anyone asked TIGER WOODS about his vision?

Hi. I have watched with interest the stories of golfers having vision
problems after LASIK surgery.

Back in 2000 when I was considering having LASIK, golfers such as Tiger
Woods promoting LASIK was one of the reasons I felt comfortable doing it.
It turned out to be disastrous for me.

Unfortunately there are thousands of people whose lives have been
irreparably harmed by this unnecessary surgery which is marketed as a 15
minute miracle. I applaud professional athletes and actors, such a the
recent story on ET by Kathy Griffin, for being forthcoming with their vision
problems from LASIK surgery.

Rumors have it that Tiger has had as many as three LASIK surgeries and,
considering his high myopia, he probably has impaired dim-light vision. If
this is true, I wish Tiger would be honest and say so publicly so that
future LASIK patients will know there are risks and side effects to this
surgery, and not go into it "blind".

Has anyone *asked* Tiger about his vision?

Thank you.

Hey stupid, Woods does lasik advertising all over the radio and says he
loves his vision now. You really are a moron.

Tiger runs around saying LASIK is great because he's signed a contract to do
so and is being paid. Most people who say LASIK is great have some sort of
problem with it.

I would love to see his point spread function and the results of his
contrast sensitivity tests. Oh, and his Schirmer's while we're at it.

Stop already!! He doesn't need the money they pay him. He's a mega
millionaire.
Why can't you just accept that he's happy with his outcome?

Oh please. Tiger Woods isn't exactly hurting for money. He would
not lie for anyone.
By the way, Tiger was -11 diopters before surgery and wound up with
20/15 vision! That is pretty much a miracle. If Tiger was forced to
wear -11D glasses, he could not play golf competitively because of the
minification problems in lenses of such a high prescription.
