| I am amazed that you post this. It shows even further what a nut
Kathy Griffin is. In this video, she admits that her LASIK surger
went FINE and did work. Then she decided to have MONOVISION done so
she didn't have to wear reading glasses to deal with presbyopia (which
everyone gets at her age).
She wasn't happy with the monovision and had another 3 more surgeries
on it.
By the way, LASIK is for myopes and flattens the cornea. To get
monovision she would have had her one cornea steepened with Hyperopic
Lasik (H-LASIK) Then she mentions having wavefront done on that eye.
Wavefront is for LASIK, not H-LASIK.
Kathy Griffin is a malcontent fool.
Sandy Keller is an idiot for posting such garbage. I can't believe
that she is so desperate to post anything negative about lasik that
she writes her own "anonymous" testimonials and posts garbage like the
Kathy Griffin story.
It's both sad and disgusting really.

I am surprised that nobody bothered to look up Kathy Griffin's
history. She is an "odd" looking comedienne which is good for
comics. Apparently she has some mental problems about her appearance.
She is definitely obsessive.
Here are three serperate issues about Kathy Griffin:
PART ONE:
"I didn't develop this condition until after my third LASIK

Kathy already a slim size 4 opted for liposuction. In 1999, she had
fat removed from her inner and outer thighs and above her knees. "I
thought if I had some lipo," jokes Kathy, "I'd turn into one of the

The supposedly simple surgery had severe near-fatal complications. Six
months later, Kathy went public saying the liposuction didn't work and

Four years later, Kathy Griffin changed her mind about plastic

This time around, she's had 10 different procedures:
nose job,
brow lift,
Botox,
LASIK eye surgery,
veneers,

facial resurfacing
