Millions have been helped by LASIK in the same way that millions have been
helped by cigarette smoking, courtesy of the tobacco industry and failure of
the FDA to regulate tobbacco as a drug.

LASIK helps people in the same way Vioxx helped people - greedy doctors and
a greedy industry has exposed the public to something very harmful and
they're working very hard to cover up the problems.

Much scientific literature exposing LASIK as harmful and indefensible has
hit the top tier Ophthalmology journals for making it IMPOSSIBLE to deny
that LASIK is a bad surgery.

Marguerite McDonald and Bill Trattler no longer do LASIK because of problems
associated with the LASIK flap and poorer visual outcomes with this surgery.
