| That's hitting the point right on target.
Another example of that is with RK (Radial Keratotomy). In that
procedure, radial spoked incisions are made int he cornea like cutting
a pizza. If the incisions are not made to a sufficient depth, then
the entire procedure is a waste of time since no change occurs.
