Wavefront vs regular LASIK

| I've read the information but are there any real benefits to getting the
wavefront lasik vs the regular lasik? I can get the regular lasik for
$895/eye and the wavefront for $1,295/eye. Is it worth the extra $$??
I would be interested in hearing from anyone with post experience in either.

| If you don't get the result you want with conventional LASIK, you will
never forgive yourself for not spending the extra money.
Wavefront guided ablations do not guarantee a good outcome, but the
statistical and practical results for myopia (nearsighted,
shortsighted) are significantly better than conventional.

Yes, I think it's worth it. Money should not be a serious consideration when
you are doing LASIK. Trying to get the best possible outcome should be your
goal. Wavefront is an individualized treatment using the newest technology.
I had wavefront done, and I'm glad. However, the difference for me was only
an overall total of $300 and cost was not an issue. I paid considerably more
than $1295 an eye.
