As I have stated again and again to each and every malicious lie Brent
Hanson of LasikFraud.com has stated about Dr. Kent Kirk, the doctor
did not lie in the Chicago Fox News article cited and quoted above.

The doctor said that roughly 95% of his patients did not need to
return for enhancement surgery. A key point is that he is referring to
HIS patients. When presented with data from Alcon, which manufactures
the LADARVision 4000 excimer laser, that show a higher rate of
"retreatment", Dr. Kirk accurately and clearly explained that patients
who had not initially been treated on the Alcon LADARVision 4000
excimer laser (and patients who were not originally his patients, but
were patients from other surgeons) were counted as retreatments in the
Alcon data, even though they were not being retreated for surgery
performed by Dr. Kirk on the Alcon LADARVision 4000.

This is very clear to any reasonable person who reads the transcripts
or who saw the news segment that Dr. Kirk was forthright and honest.

Brent Hanson of LasikFraud.com is misrepresenting what Dr. Kirk said
and is totally misrepresenting the true retreatment rate for patients
treated by Dr. Kirk on the Alcon LADARVision 4000.

Hanson even quotes the very statement that affirms Dr. Kirk's accurate
statement. It is amazing to me that someone would continue to
misrepresent the facts and then present those same misrepresented
facts that affirm he is misrepresenting them as evidence that he is
not misrepresenting them. It is as if he cannot understand his own
idiocy.
