Laser Thermal Keratoplasty (LTK) with the Sunrise Hyperion laser has
been all but abandoned for the newer and longer lasting Conductive
Keratoplasty (CK, Refractec, www.refractec.com). Both are used for
hyperopic (farsighted, longsighted) correction. See
http://www.usaeyes.org/faq/subjects/hyperopia.htm

Intrastromal Corneal Ring Segments (ICRS, Intacs, www.getintacs.com)
were originally developed for the correction of low myopia
(nearsighted, shortsighted) vision without astigmatism, however it is
rare that Intacs are used for this purpose anymore. The primary use of
Intacs these days is as a therapeutic response to keratoconus. See
