The Short list of CRSQA Surgeons (it IS short)!
|
|
|
| These surgeons paid money to join an 'acrediting organization' run by a
non-doctor. Perhaps they are lacking judgement in other key areas?

| This list is not accurate. We re-evaluated all certified surgeons
every three months, so who is currently certified and who is not
changes often. A potential patient would not be well served by using
this list, however a potential patient can visit our website at
http://www.usaeyes.org/surgeons/locate.htm to find who IS currently
certified.
It is a pity there is not a CRSQA Certified Refractive Surgeon in
everyone's back yard, but there are only a select few who have gained
and continue to maintain our certification.
For patients anywhere that there is not a CRSQA Certified Refractive
Surgeon we recommend using our 50 Tough Questions For Your Doctor
(http://www.usaeyes.org/faq/tough_questions.htm) to evaluate a
potential surgeon.

| Glenn,
I got this short list of surgeons off that link you supplied YESTERDAY.
The usaeye.org/surgeons/locate site is a bit confusing, because a
surgeon who resides in one state will also be listed in a neighboring
state. You have to work hard to filter out the redundancy... but I did.
This is it. Please name the surgeon I've missed. We can all go to the
link and try to look him/her up. I think this is about the extent of
it.
