Author What is the point of the multiple postings of the same message?

I would think that if Ron posts a demand for retraction and if Glenn
responds to the post with a post of his own, then there is proof that
Glenn has read it. Then, when Glenn posts that he hasn't posted any
libel and makes no retractions, I would think that Ron's demand is
openly and notoriously being rejected, and that's enough to give Ron
what he needs to file suit.

Is there some legal requirement or reason to all of this posting over
and over again?

No legal requirement at all. Your hero, Link has snapped. He's just a
drooling, pathetic little shell of a fool. Everyone now laughs at what
he's become.
This is what's left of who Sandy worships.

The issue is not if my response to Ron Link's idiotic accusations give
him "what he needs" to file a suit. In America anybody can sue anybody
for anything even if there are absolutely no merits to the accusation.

What counts are the facts. I have not lied about Ron Link to anyone.
Everything I have said about him is a fact, I have had legitimate
reason to believe is a fact, or is my opinion. I have not defamed Ron
Link.

I am quite hopeful that Ron Link does make good on his hollow musings
of filing a suit against me as it would provide me the opportunity to
prove him wrong.

I am quite certain that Ron Link will not sue me, because he has no
case. I am equally sure that deep down underneath all that noise Ron
Link knows that he would lose in an impartial court of law. IMO he
would much rather whine on with unproven accusations than to act on
those accusations and then have to deal with the fact he was proven
wrong.

Ron Link's most recent mania reminds me yet again of a line from
Shakespeare's Macbeth:"(I)t is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound
and fury, signifying nothing."

If that is the case, Glenn, then why do you continue to post the same
response over and over and over and over again?

As I have explained before, it is the nature of Internet search
engines that I need to have immediately attached a clear and concise
response to each posted allegation, no matter how idiotic. Otherwise a
person who does not already know Ron Link does may believe his
accusations to be true or unchallenged.

I only respond to Ron Link's accusations, therefore my response over
and over and over and over again is directly related to Ron Link's
unfounded accusations being posted over and over and over and over
again. When Ron Link stops making accusations, my response to those
accusations will stop automatically.

It reminds me of another from Shakespeare's Hamlet: "Methinks (s)he doth
protest too much." In other words, the more you go on and on, the less
likely it's true. If it were true to begin with, stating it once should
suffice to convince everyone.

Oh--I have another one! Macbeth again:"Out, out damned spot!"
Poor Ron is never going to be able to wash his hands of the mess he's
made of his life, particularly since he's posted it over and over and
over on the internet where it is being bounced around the world in
perpetuity....

Sandy,

You asked a good question. For the same reason that Glenn posts, I post
because of the way the Internet works.

My demands for retractions are not unfounded. I've explained over and
over how his statements are lies in the bracketed [ ] statements that
follow them.

When Glenn stops denying his lies, or makes a retraction, this will
stop.

He would lose in court. He claims that he made statements that he "had
a legitimate reason to believe", but when I provide the truth, he
ignores it. So, perhaps a court of law with documentation provided by
my legal team is still a viable option.

Hagele has been proven a liar by Dr. Doyle Stulting and Dr. Michael
Grimmett. They both emailed me the exchanges they had with Glenn and it
was quite amusing to see him back pedal when they held his feet to the
fire. Of course, when he posted about it here, there was no mention of
his tail between his legs and their logical victory over his lies. He
couldn't confirm sources when pressed by Grimmett and logically
couldn't stand up to Stulting. The same will happen if this goes to
court with the additional facts that I have documentation that debunks
Hagele's lies, particularly about SE and Microsoft. He can end it by
doing the right thing or keep responding to the deep delusional
thinking that I believe drives him.

There is also a legal reason as advised by my attorney. He's the 1st
amendment guru, so even though he and I both acknowledge it's a pain in
the butt to have to do so, it is necessary for reasons that will become
evident in the future.

Face it Sandy, Ron Link is totally nuts. I quit drinking his Kool Aid
in 2001, and the world is starting to see the Ron Link that I
discovered in the spring of 2001.
