| Brent - TLC hired armed security for fear that you would show up at one
of their board meetings. Do you deny this? You can't because it's true.
I have a copy of an IM exchange wherein it is described how you had
been talking guns again in reference to a particular surgeon in Canada,
that if you were a person who lived in a particular city that that
person's RS surgeon would be dead, that it's too far and too hard to
get guns across the border to Canada. Do you deny this? You can't
because it's true. What should I do with this documented IM? It's saved
with time dates and all. Should I put it up on a website? Should I go
through the trouble of requesting a letter from TLC confirming their
concerns about the safety of their executives about you and put it up
on a website? I am in the process of requesting letters from all of the
board members of SE who resigned explaining how you lied that they
resigned from SE under pressure from me. Should I put those up on a
website as well?
Should I put up a website that puts your name and the truth about you
all over the Internet with documented evidence as opposed to the libel
you posted about me?
The whole so-called article on your blog is a lie. SE didn't cease to
exist over that. The board didn't resign under pressure. I have
requested retractions of libelous statements, identified bona fide
threats, and reserved the right to exercise all legal options
available. Retract all the lies about me on your blog immediately.

I've never been to TLC board meetings and cannot confirm this. If you
provide evidence that you told TLC executives that I was a threat to
them, then I will sue you for defamation.

I do not utilize IM (instant messaging). If you provide evidence that
someone sent you a message claiming I threatened any surgeon with a
gun, then I will sue that person for defamation, plus I will sue you
for defamation for repeating it.

fact. Had zip to do with it.
The IM was based on a phone conversation you had with someone - there's
a whole lot more in that IM, phone records could be checked if and when
you talked to this person, you would be committing perjury if you
denied making the statements.
You never received any emails from Sam Bell, Allan Jones or Allan
Jones, the board members to whom you refer. You're lying again. Ouch.
That is not going to look good if this ever goes to court.
You have a foam hammer. I've got the legal hamer and if you don't
retract your lies, I'm going to use it. Or, do you think I should put a
website with the IM, the letters of support from the Board Members, a
letter from TLC why they hired armed guards because of you (I learned
about it 2nd hand). Easily confirmable.
Retract now and save yourself a world of grief. Take down the lies on
your blog. You didn't check any of your facts. SE didn't fold after
that meeting. And all the rest above proves your lies, along with the
fact that I will be backing it up with documentation that SE board
member at that meeting never emailed you that they resigned under
pressure from me. There were four as named above. You're such a liar
Brent that it's almost laughable.
I haven't decided what to do next yet, but given the deeper hole you're
digging for yourself, my options have expanded and solidified.

news" is a total fabrication. In addition, SE did not cease to exist in
October of 2004.
As stated earlier, every dollar ever spent from SE was documented by
two professional accounting firms. You are really lining yourself up
for a big fall.
I also have documented proof of significant loans that I personally
made to SE. So again, you are a complete and total liar about SE funds
being frittered away. Every cent spent was on the mission and operation
of the organization. Your accusations are laughable.
I am looking forward to holding you accountable and seeing your blog
come down in a hurry in the very near future.

That's not entirely true, he got an additional $5000 for turning over
the website after he left. Then he was demanding $45,000 from them
which he never got.

| No, you can't give Brent all the credit; they are also
worried about me, and the hundreds of other people they screwed up. It
is in my deposition with my TLC lawsuit that I was having dreams of
shooting TLC surgeons. During negotiations they even had me searched
for weapons. This is what happens when surgeons kick their patients to
the curb after screwing up their eyes. I am surprised that someone
hasn't yet showed up at one of TLC's board meetings, it will be a
real eye opener for them. I really don't believe it will be Brent or
I. None of you knows Brent like I do. Brent is not a nut case like most
of you like to make him out. Brent has done a lot to help people like
myself that have been screwed over by Lasik surgeons. You don't need
to worry about Brent going nuts and showing up at a board meeting
shooting doctors. I would worry about the guy that shows up at
Brent's front door wanting revenge for the damage he has done to the
Lasik industry. It won't be pretty, and I guarantee Brent will come
out on top.
The truth is Brent is not Eye, Eye is not Zig, Zig is not
Brent. Sorry Brent but I would be very pissed off if I were Eye!

I am demanding that you remove the libelous article about me.
Let's consider further details that expose your libel. You even got the
date wrong of when the entire board resigned! Sam Bell, James Levin
and Allan Jones resigned after our meeting in August 2003 in Atlanta.
It wasn't under pressure and it wasn't in October 2004.
VSRN absorbed Surgical Eyes after December 2004. The Surgical Eyes
Board of Trustees didn't resign in October 2004. SE was still in
existence in October of 2004. In fact, old SE board members are VSRN
members.
SE did not cease to exist as you claim in October of 2004. Donations to
SE were accepted until December 31, 2004. I have documented evidence
that would make nice exhibits in a court of law.
Your lies don't fit the facts Brent. It's been a good day for the
truth.
Your whole article is libelous. Retract it now. I reserve the right to
pursue legal action. That's not a "threat". If you knew a little more
about jurisprudence and actual law, you might even have committed a bit
less libel.
