On his website, Brent Hanson publishes a letter purported to be from
Charles McKinnon of ACE Judgment Recovery Service, P.O. Box 438. Mt.
Prospect, IL 60056-0438. (847) 981-1330

Under the title "Glenn Hagele / CRSQA / USAEYES Pursued by Collection
Agency" Hanson publishes the following:

Dear Mr. Hanson,
While conducting standard case file research we noticed that on
2/21/03 you were awarded a judgment of $2850.00 in Rolling Meadows
Municipal Court against Glenn Hagele. As a judgment holder, you have
the right to assign your judgment to a third party to enforce your
judgment. If you have not been able to collect this or other
judgments, we are interested in collecting them.
We specialize in locating hidden assets and seizing them to satisfy
judgments. Our company's fee is based solely on a percentage of what
is actually collected.
There is a time limitation on collecting a judgment. If you do not
properly act on your claim, it may expire. Please don't let the hard
work you have already put into winning this judgment go to waste.

In fact no judgment has every been made against me by any action taken
by Brent Hanson. The claim against me was dismissed on our first
motion. Hanson knows this to be a fact.
In fact no agency is attempting to collect any debt owed by me on
behalf of Brent Hanson as I do not owe Mr. Hanson any debt whatsoever.
Mr. Hanson knows this to be a fact.
In fact "ACE Judgment Recovery Service" does not exist. It's telephone
number is not connected, the email is invalid, and the address appears
to be fictional. No listing of "ACE Judgment Recovery Service" exists
in Mt. Prospect IL or anywhere else in the United States. Whether or
not "ACE Judgment Recovery Service" is a creation of Mr. Hanson for
purposes of reputation terrorism against me is a matter of
speculation.
The only Charles McKinnon's listed in the Chicagoland area have no
affiliation with "ACE Judgment Recovery Service".
Appropriate licensing organizations apparently do not have any record
of either Charles McKinnon or "ACE Judgment Recovery Service".
At the very least, Hanson is publishing a letter that contains
information he knows to be false in an apparent attempt to cause harm
to my reputation and the reputation of the organization I represent.
At the worst, Hanson created this letter.
In any case, Hanson is perpetuating known falsehoods that any
reasonably intelligent individual would know would be harmful to me
and the organization I represent.
This public posting is a standing demand for Hanson to remove the
offending material at once.

| Yes Brent Hanson, you have a letter published on your website. A
letter that you know is inaccurate and is from an entity that
apparently does not exist.
