| I have found the International Society of Refractive Surgeons (ISRS),
which is now a part of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, is quite
handy for locating refractive surgeons throughout the world. ISRS is a
membership organization and they do not evaluate surgeons, but it is a
good place to find a listing. Visit
http://makeashorterlink.com/?Y2DA1343C for refractive surgeons in
Finland.
You may find our 50 Tough Questions For Your Doctor at
http://www.usaeyes.org/faq/tough_questions.htm helpful too. They are
designed for US surgeons, but most issues apply anywhere.
