For those of you that are keeping score on the war of words over
Vioxx, the chief investigator of the first study that damned the
dangers of Vioxx and linked it to heart attacks is
"singing like a bird" about how the FDA regulatory committee was
pressured from "above" in the FDA to leave Merck alone. Sound
familiar?
