| Dr. Trattler:
I recently talked to a person who was damaged by Dr. Randy Epstein, and who
has been flying all over the country for several years to find doctors for
medical and legal aid. He said that you were among the doctors he sought
help from in finding an expert witness, and said that you refused to help
him.
During the sales pitch, this patient asked Dr. Randy Epstein if their were
any risks with lasik. The patient claims that Dr. Epstein told him that
their were NO RISKS.
The patient has been filmed for an Fox News lasik report that shold be
broadcast later this month. Please let Dr. Epstein know that I am the one
who referred his patient to Fox News.

| Yes, but you were talking in a public forum. If you want to make
private comments and not have them viewed by or responded to others,
then try email.
