For background information on the mechanics and structure of the
cornea and its relationship to post-LASIK corneal ectasia, go to pages
5-7 of the document that is posted at
http://www.lasikfraud.com/news/archives/000011.html .

Here we have the only thing WizKid references in this newgroup. An
unreviewed report from an unidentified author published only on Brent
Hanson's dubious website. So much for authoritive reference.

YOU MUST BE JOKING!
Everytime you make a reference to something technical... you refer to
some trash on Brent Hanson's LasikFraud.com.
Do you realize that everytime you do that you lose as much credibility
as George Bush would if he showed up at a debate dressed up like Bozo
the Clown? It shows the true value of your diatribes.

READ THE ARTICLE...It stands on its own. It may be unfortunate that it
is posted there, but it's location does not diminish the content.

I laugh every time someone complains without even looking at it.
Hanson, to my knowledge, was not the source. Whoever was, has his/her
handle on refractive surgery. It is well done and well documented,
contrary to the picture painted by some here.

With regards to my credibility, it, too, is independent of the
website. I have never made a judgement about the site only some of the
items posted there. The piece by James O'Reilly from the university of
Cincinnati is also well done. Have you read that or ignored it as
well?

Even disregarding is suspicious location, the report is anonymously
written and not peer reviewed. It is one person's opinion with little
or no substantiation. In other words, it is virtually the same as the
opinions you have made regarding ectasia, which you try to
substantiate with this pejorative report. One person's opinion
attempted to be substantiated by another person's opinion is just a
couple of opinions.

One more negative article to use as propaganda. Must be like an early
Christmas present for you. Did you celebrate yet? Stick a few more
pins into your voodoo dolls of lasik patients?

Oh, THAT will really change the article's credibility.
