Does anyone have any experience with
dr. Volkan Matben, he gives laser treatments in IGH (Istanbul Goz Hastanesi)

Yvon, if you pay peanuts you get monkeys!
Remember, when having done the surgery in Turkey and having problems after,
you have to go back to Turkey to get the problems solved!
The chance in having problems is about 5%.
The problems could be minor or major.
I might think it is easier to have the possible problems solved in your own
country.
Also think about juridical matters, in the Netherlands it is easier to
summon one.

Are you out of your Vulcan mind?
Dr. Spock is not a Vulcan, he's the late child rearing expert.
Mr. Spock is a fictional Vulcan.
But then again...
Dr. Leukoma is a fictional character also.
