| Does anyone take Vision Advantage or Bilberry or other supplements for eye
health. And what are the results?

| Long term studies of macular degeneration patients have shown that the
progress of the disease is slowed by nutritional supplements,
especially those that are fortified with lutein. I don't endorse any
particular supplement over another, and Centrum Silver is a very basic
"bread and butter" supplement that is very strong in the ranges that
are recommended for eye health.

| It's sad when someone asks a valid question and it doesn't get
answered. They are only interested in attempting to stir up trouble.
Anyway, I'll do my best. Vision Advantage is probably a multi-vitamin
with an emphasis on components beneficial to eyes such as lutein and
bilberry, and beta carotene. Bilberry is a highly concentrated purple
pigment that you will find naturally in such things as blueberries.
It's good for the retina.
Keep in mind that these supplements rarely have noticable results,
even though the results are there and significant. They are too
subtle to be aware of most of the time.
