Stephanie,
I am sorry that you got raped and are having health problems. I suggest
that you arrange to get a copy of the blood test results and post your
thyroid related levels in this newsgroup:

alt.support.thyroid

Look for these terms on the blood test since they are related to the thyroid:
TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone)
T4 (thyroxine)
T-3 Uptake
FTI
T4 Free
Free T4
T7
also--post your progesterone level.

Hi Stephanie....welcome! Jason gives good advice. Although you're
welcome to post here and others here do have thyroid problems, you'd
likely get quicker advice at the thyroid group. Bless your heart for
all that you've gone through, hon. You hang in there and let us know
what happens with the thyroid test.

Hugs4U,
Maggie

P.S. Glad you stuck around Jason! See how God worked that out?

Maggie,
Thanks. My goal is to gain a better understanding of Lupus since my
next door neighbor has Lupus. I hope that within about a month of reading
posts in this newsgroup that I can provide her with the the support that
that she needs. I already learned from one of the posts the reason she
can only work on a project for a couple of hours before she has to stop
for the rest of the day. I thought that it was because she was lazy but
now understand that it's related to the symptoms of Lupus.
