ALL THESE BIRTHDAY WISHES!
|
|
|
| Thank you to all of you for these wonderful birthday wishes!
Well, it's after midnight here,
So I guess I can chug-a-lug and shout.
Also bang a gong and get it on,
I actually *own* a gong
So this is the day I should be using it, right?
I am 48 years old... why do people try to keep their age a secret? It is
how you take care of yourself, how old you look and feel that counts. I'm a
real dud, actually, and I feel like I am 100 years old! But I am in a phase
of working myself *out* of flophood--you know, losing weight, decreasing
meds, etc.
Do something special for my birthday? Oh indeed. I was rearranging some
spice bottles in the cabinet... some of them fell, and landed in my bowl of
oatmeal that was sitting on the counter. My kitchen has now had an oatmeal
bath. I hope it is feeling refreshed and happy today
You all need to know this--that Mermaid sent me a card that is a talking
squirrel (what's the message there, huh?). This squirrel has a synthesized
voice, so he sounds jut like Stephen Hawking. He pronounced my
name--Mair--as "Mire" and that just blew me to pieces!
Thank you to all of you, and I will try to get into the habit of posting
here again... my life has been so hectic (not).
My love to you all!
Mair (Mire)

| Well Mair, Sounds like you really "Celebrated" your birthday...and I know it
will make you happy to know that you will always be younger than I as I
turned 49 on Tues last.... And I guess that I must feel as if I am 101
then...
You think about it...If we do live that long...Heck we are only half way
there....
Hugs Cindy

| Cindy, Happy birthday. Sorry that it is a late wish and was not on your
birthday. I hope that you had a wonderful day and that all of your days
will be also!
Hugs,
Sherry
