HI Everyone,

Wednesday 8/16, my assistant Dara delivered her baby by C-section.
Surprise! It is a boy! We had not been certain, but the ultrasounds gave
the impression that it would be a girl baby. So he is here: Cody Lee Wells,
7lbs 1oz, just a bitty little thing. I have not seen him yet, but I did
hear his squeaking over the telephone.

Dara is fine; her hypertension and diabetes went away immediately, so the
whole family is glad about that.
