Hey here is a tip that works! I found out about it hanging around some of my
husband's motorcycle buddies. It's called a neck cooler scarf. Here below is
a site that shows how you can make them yourself or you can buy them already
made at Ace Hardware, and some of the motorcycle shops.
I use one and they are great. You soak them in cold water and they puff up
into a tube that you tie around your neck. Putting them in the frig even
gets them colder and you can use them over and over. Just don't freeze them
because if you bend them still frozen the material will break and leak the
stuff out. Here is the site below:
