FYI

Azathioprine is included in the list, aka, Imuran.

TPMT Liver functions should be checked before starting Imuran. TPMT
stands for thiopurine S-methyltransferase and is the primary enzyme
responsible for thiopurine drug-based metabolism (Imuran/azathioprine is
a thiopurine drug). If a patient has low TPMT enzyme activity they are
at high risk for dosage-related side effects. The test is TPMT Mutation
Analysis.
