| Hi guys, back in the land of the living again; i've been in and out of
hospital since xmas, trying to keep up with things when i could stop awake
so not got very far.
Been having real problems with my stomach/bowels - pain, constipation,
diarrorhea and bleeding; had endoscopy, colonoscopy (very unpleasant) +++
biopsies, and that many blood tests i lost count. Anyway after all that
they've decided i've got diverticulitis; x 3 polyps removed from colon which
were hyperplastic(excessive Healthy cell growth) - no sign of anything
malignant so i can breathe again now.
i feel like a pensioner at the moment, not a 36 year old; skins flared bid
time and joints killing, not that i've been under any stress or anything!!
Should calm down again soon.
Promise to stay in touch more from now on,
Deb (uk).

enough to post and let us all know how you are doing. I hope your road to

| Hi Deb,
Good to see you post. Maybe your stress will be eased, now that you know you
do not have any malignancies. I hope so anyway. Wishing you a return to
wellness.

| Welcome back Deb,
Staying calm I think really helps. Find something that calms the mind and
the body even if it is music.
Sending a big ((HUG)) across the pond to you.

| Thanks for all your support, funny thing is with lupus you think your calm
but your body doesn't agree and starts fighting back. I'm sure that when i
manage to get some decent sleep - can't remember what that feels like, i
should start feeling more like myself, not the miserable cow i've become!!
