MENU FOR PATIENT SUFFERING FROM LIVER PROBLEMS.

TURNIP,STUFFING THE APPLES AND RICE.
Clean turnip and boil,remove a core,give for turnip a cup form,and
stuff a boiling rice,mixing with shreding apples,sugar,oil and egg.At
the same time cook milk sauce ,pour over turnip and bake.In serving
pour over turnip and oil.
250 gr turnip,20 gr rice,60 gr apples,10 gr sugar,1/2 egg,5 gr flour,60
gr milk,10 gr oil butter.

PUDDING FROM APPLES AND SQUASHS.
Clean squashs,shred and stew with milk and 10 gr oil to
halfreadiness,add shreding apples and sugar and stew stiil 5 min .After
add semolina,keep pan under cover on a edge of oven 5-10 min and
slightly cool.Add yolk and shaking egg-white ,mix,and put in
form,greasing oil and bake.Serving with sour cream.
125 gr squashs,75 gr apples,15 gr oil butter,25 gr milk,1 egg-white,10
gr sugar,15 gr semolina,30 gr sour cream.
BOILING MEAT WITH APPLES,BAKING IN MILK SAUCE.
Dont fat meat boil and cut on a 4-5 thin pieces/cooking method and
density ,like in kissel/.Clean apples from peel and core and cut on a
thin circles.After that a small pan grease oil,bottom lay with a
circles from apples,on apples put meat alternately with apples,and pour
over sauce,splash a drawn oil and bake.
150 gr beef,10 gr butter oil,75 gr milk,5 gr wheat flour,100 gr apples.
ROLL FROM ZANDER WITH PROTEIN OMELET.
Flesh from zander to mince meat,mix with bread,soaking in 25 gr
milk,and stiil 2 time to mince meat,after that add 5 gr drawn oil and
good beat out stuffing.Protein mix with 10 gr milk,pur out on a
pan,greasing oil,and bake in oven or on a steam,after cool.Fish
stuffing a layer 1,5 cm put on a gauze,moistening a water ,from above
put omelet,wrap,like roll form and on a steam cook to readiness.Ready
roll remove from gauze,put on a greasin oil a pan,pour over sour
cream,mixing with wheat,splash a residuary oil and bake.Cut roll on 2-3
piece and to serve up.
120 gr zander filee,20 gr white bread,35 gr milk,10 gr butter oil,20 gr
sour cream,3 gr flour,1/2 egg-white.
VEGETABLE BROTH WITH OMELET PROTEIN.
Cut vegetables on a pieces and boil in slightly salt water under
cover,infuse 1 hour and filter.White-egg mix with milk,pour out in pan
greasing oil and after bake,after cool to the room temperature and cut
omelet on a 5-6 pieces.Dress broth a sour cream and oil,put in his
omelet and cuting green.
100 gr potatoe,30 gr carrot,20 gr petroselum root,50 gr cabbage
stumps,5 gr petroselum,1 white-egg,10 gr milk,20 gr sour cream,5 gr
butter oil.

BAKING PUDDING FROM FRUITS AND COTTAGE CHEESE.
Cut bread on a 2 pieces and moisten in milk,add 5 gr sugar.Rub cottage
cheese,mix with shaking white-egg,sugar,and semolina and raisins, and
mix all.In form,greasing oil,put a piece the
wetted bread,on his put cottage cheese mass,from above-2 nd.piece
,splas oil and bake.Serving with oil.
120 gr cottage cheese,10 gr semolina,1 white-egg,15 gr sugar,40 gr
milk,40 gr white bread,25 gr apples,15 gr raisins,30 gr sour cream,10
gr butter oil.
