The Lupus Book - 3rd Ed.

| If you can, I recommend getting this edition. In general, it's content
isn't greatly different from the 2nd edition though with something like 300
corrections/clarifications according to Dr. Wallace.
What is significant is he talkes more about diet and other things we can do
to cope. Specifically, the new edition includes a four-page chart about
supplements/alternative therapies and their usefulness, lack thereof, or
danger in treating lupus. A topic that has come up here many times. I felt
the chart was very fair and not biased one direction or the other.

| I got my new edition about two weeks ago and was pleased by the expanded
coverage. Got mine through Amazon.com.

Dan gave me a copy, and I'm really glad to have it. It's going to be
an excellent new resource and is the main book I recommend. I also
liked the new additions to the 3rd addition as people often ask about
diet etc.
