Good to see you back again J but also sorry you aren't doing so well :+(
Sending you some get well wishes!
My husband and I just flew home, arriving yesterday,
from a visit to my daughter's and of course, thanks to the 'travelling' I
am now recuping from a typical lupie flare, not unexpected <sigh>;
however on the way to my daughter's, I had a stopover in the Calgary airport
for about 3 hours! (I could have driven to Edmonton in less time from
there lol!)
so I took the opportunity to call Grace locally;
unfortunately once again she was in hospital and had been for about a week
at that point; but her husband sounded optimistic as she had been having a
pretty good month or more and because of that the docs had gone ahead and
lowered her Ab's .... and that was the trigger for her newest lung
problems;
so they were watching her closely at that time and she was due to go home in
just a few days at that time; I do hope to call again once I am feeling
better myself and so
will do another update at that time. (I did notice on her website that she
is doing a sequel to 'hole in the hedge', her book for kids; so she is
better than before for sure!)
btw, our visit with our 'little girl' was fun, my daughter and SIL are both
doing great and the weather was springlike the whole week! Her kennel had
a new
litter of 9 lab pups 3 days earlier and so I had a chance to get up close
and personal with them all lol; we weighed them daily and had so many
opportunities
for lots of cuddles with squirmy, pudgy furballs and sweet puppy breath!!
in fact I am going through puppy withdrawal right now! :-d
Will write again soon,
hugs from Shelagh
