If you want to find out if someone has tried something
(medicine/diet/massage/whatever) you can sometimes find previous
discussions on this newsgroup by searching this newsgroup's archives

http://groups-beta.google.com/advanced_search?q=&
Type in alt.support.lupus
Sort by date (in order to get the most recent posts/posters)
type the word in the word box or the phrase in the phrase box

If there's more than one word, like 2 names of medicines, put them in the
"with at least one of the words" box
