Yo! Everyone!
I know, you guys are going to fuss at me for staying away so long. Just have
not been feeling well and it is all I can do just to do my work.
Been aching all over, my fibro cystic boobs are killing me and I think I am
getting pleurisy again. Anyway I just came from my GYN and he thinks my main
problem is no hormones. He knows I take thyroid for my hashi motos. I am
just fearful of all they hype you hear about HGR. Last time I took it, it
made my boobs so sore I could not touch myself. I am taking a bone density
test Wed. and a mammogram Arggg!

In light of having Lupus, what do you think of HGR? Maybe that will help me
if it is a low dosage.
Any thoughts. Oh by the way, I'm 52.

Sorry gentlemen for the girl stuff. It's all biology but don't want to
embarrass anyone. Hurts to be a girl sometimes.

Thanks,
Paulette Ethyl Mermaid

Hello Paulette, I don't know what HGR is..
but I posted some links/information about Hormone replacement therapy HRT
If HGR is something else, you'll have to explain that acronym.
Hope something i posted helps ..hugs to you.

Hi Paulette,
Don't worry. I will not fuss at you. I haven't been around here much myself.
I am not sure what to suggest about the HRT. You could certainly try a low
dose to see whether or not it helps. I would go on the doctor's
recommendation. Stop taking it if you have any troublesome side effects. I
think this is something that has to be decided on an individual basis.
