We're working on my new lights for the kitchen. Right now I have regular
vanity lights, these are the bulbs you can actually look at without blinding
yourself. But I noticed they have several different type of these
incandescence bulbs including a "newer" brighter white light. Would that
make a difference? Is it putting out a different wave of light or is it just
the color of the glass bulb? Does anyone know?

oh yes indeed they are different! I don't seem to have a problem with the
'reveal' bulbs, they do offer a cleaner type of light, but the ones that
offer "daylight" give me fits and I even have to avoid my bird during winter
months due to the daylight bulbs that she needs

I can't use grow lights or flourescents of any kind - the newer fixtures
with halogen lights seem to flicker a lot and those have joined many others
in the trash = imagine getting sick from a light bulb! good grief
