| fruit salad whith oat flakes.
for 3 portions-6 table spoon oat flakes,600 gr yoghurt,3 tea spoon
honey,6 tbl.spoon shreding carrot,apple/sweet kinds/,1 pear,3
tabl.spoon dried apricots.
before cooking a salad,dried aprocots is soak in hot water for 10-15
min.carrot is shred.apple and pear clean from a core and
fruit-stemms,peel is dont clean!!!bulging dried apricot is cut on a
small parts.oat flakes put in plate mix whith carrot,fruits,dried
apricots,add honey.mix all and dress yoghurt/dont fat/.infuse 5-7
min.fruit salad you can eat whith any teamjuice,that salad in useful in
avitaminosis,often acnes,styes,nail and hair fragility,in begin stage
sugar diabetes.
