OCTOBER 13: On its website (http://www.medicare.gov), Medicare will
present comparisons of the competing drug benefit plans. You can also
call 800-MEDICARE (800-633-4227) to speak with a live operator. This
month, we will also receive the annual Medicare & You book that details

The MS newsgroup is also talking about the same article and that "patient
assistance programs" for medications might not exist anymore.

I'm not an expert on any of this, since I'm Canadian (got my own
medication problems), so either talk about it here or get assistance and
information from someone you trust so you know what you have to do, to
make sure your prescriptions don't run out.
