| Hi,
I don't say much mostly just read and try and learn from those here who have
far more experience than myself, but I had to interject my opinion
here.........
Is the medicine worse than the cure? In some cases yes. It seems that
lately everything you take is going to kill you. For people who are in
pain, sick, or dying these merical drugs can be everything or nothing.
We are pushing the drug companies to come out with better drugs faster, it
was bound to catch up with us sooner or later. I am not placing blame
although I relise it sounds a lot like that, I just think that in a rush to
give us what we want NOW we are paying to high a price.
I try to take as little medicine as is possible and still live my life. For
me that means taking a medicine that I have to take everyday or I have
withdrawals.
So is the cure worth the medicine??? Well we have to judge that for
ourselves. In this one case for me it is worth being addicted to this one
medicine so that I can have a certain quality of life.
Not sure where all of this came from but felt I needed to get it off my
chest. After all sometimes that is the BEST medicine.
