| I just asked my dr about this.
He said in high doses, it's shown to help with pain.... but the problem,
it's expensive.
I give it to my dog who has congestive heart failure.
If you take a statin drug for cholesterol, you should take Q10.
I've read that it may help w/energy. It's also an anti oxidant.
Q10 is manufactured in your body but many problems can cause levels to be
smaller than necessary.
I'm going to take 150mg a day. Just to see how it works. It's not too
expensive at costco.

| The homeopath thought that my receding gums were due to me having a weak
heart. I do have raynauds and poor circulation as well as chronic lupus,
also I am anemic and on warfarin so I suppose he may be right in a way. I was
concerned because he said the co enzyme boosted the immune system. Could that
be bad for lupus? I will ask my doc when I se her but I don't know if she
will have heard of it. He also sold me a mouthwash called Retard-Ex, which
has calmed my gums down a lot.
