| The weather is changing and my body is hurting. Time released meds aren't
taking care of it... I'm dipping into my breakthru meds..... I had to miss
an appt cuz I literally could not drive the 2 hrs to the office. I got SO
sick in the car. Still have the nausea going on.
Have been taking Provigil on the days my stomach will tolerate it. It's
wonderful!!!
Now if only I could dedicate myself to exercising everyday.
Ugh. I hate this disease.

| I know the feeling. I am just getting through a bad one. The weather has
not helped. I resent this disease so much... there are no words to express
it. I hate feeling like my life is not my own. It's a hard journey. I try
to stay positive, but in the past month and a half, it has been tough. Hang
in there.

Is there a possible innear infection hiding , slight press on base of ear
for local pain only will give an idea.
