| Does anyone know of a natural stimulant that is not caffeine? Or a
food you can eat in the morning as a pick up? I am such a dead head
especially in the mornings. I am really not supposed to have caffeine
because of the fibro-cystic stuff in my boobs. It makes them hurt.
And I love Chocolate sooooo much! Arg!.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Paulette Ethyl Mermaid

| Hi there,
To cut down on my caffiene intake, rather than drinking regular coffee in
the mornings I have switched to Yerba Matte tea. Once you get used to the
taste (kinda like boiled hay) it's pretty good. It has no caffiene and is
sold at most health food/natural food stores.

| Sugar is a natural stimulant. They say you get a greater pick-up from eating
an apple than you do drinking a cup of coffee. I love my coffee and went to
decaf years ago. It took a while to adjust.
