| Just me..I have been lurking alot..Seems that I have been in a huge flare
and on what seems to be an emotional rollercoaster...
I think that my counselor and psychiatrist have gotten me back on
track...now if this pain would just go away...I hate FM...and OA...
I started that new drug Cymbalta...for depression...It is suppose to help
some with pain...I think I am in such a flare, that I am not seeing the
daily benefit of pain relief..But my rollercoaster ride seems better.
My grandkids have really kept me busy. I have been helping with the three
youngest...ages 4,2,1...I finally had to tell my Son and Daughter inlaw that
I cannot not do this everyday...That I can help, but not everyday...
Just wanted everyone to know that I am still reading and praying, but I
haven't really been up to posting...
Sending you all great big hugs, prayers and all my chocolate.

Thanks Cindy, I'm glad that you posted.
I wondered where you were and how you were doing.
(just not enough "arm and brain power" these days to do a "fuller roll call).
Grandkids can be "work". They're meant to be joy to the grandparents.
Then we send them home to their parents to be taken care of.
So good on you, to set limits. It's the best thing for you.
I sure hope the new med helps a bit.
Hugs to you, Cindy,
J
