Hello Everyone,

I have been doing okay for a while so I decided to decrease my pred by half
a milligram. Yikes. The pain I am having is hopefully just temporary...
pain in my shoulders, hands, feet and ankles. It's a bummer when the feet
go, and that hasn't happened to me much in the past few years. I am thankful
that the housekeeper came and cleaned my kitchen, did laundry and bought
groceries. So I am free to rest, which is exactly what I am going to do....

You don't notice how much you use your feet (even just moving them
around while you're seated) until they mess up on you. And then to
have the rest of your body join in . . . .

That's a blessing that you have someone to take care of the daily
chores. That's just so much pressure and stress off you what with the
way you're feeling.

Take care and get all the rest you can and hopefully this bout will
pass quickly.
