| I placed an order and got an error message stating that my transaction
was declined. I then got an email stating that they had had a problem
with an earthquake. They asked me to reorder amd ask for more product.
Again I'm getting the transaction declined message. What's up?

Probably a legit and temporary issue.
They may be referring to the communications glitches following the
earthquake off Taiwan earlier this month. It severed about 1/3 of the
fiber connecting Japan, China, SEASIA to India and Europe. A massive
amount of communications traffic from Asia to Europe was temporarily
routed through San Francisco and across the U.S. etc... Some small
business connections are suffering delays. Old story, try again, later.
